Hotel Note: The usual shoulders three night before and after the convention are in very short supply, but there are plenty of rooms available Wednesday through Sunday. Registrants receive the hotel code automatically when registering online.
Cancellations by January 31, 2025, are entitled to a refund less a $25 processing fee; starting February 1, 2025, there is no refund.
Note to Potential Panelists
Panels are scheduled from noon Thursday through noon Sunday. Authors attending the full convention have a much greater chance of receiving a panel assignment. If you are unable to attend certain days, please let us know prior to the priority panel placement deadline of December 31, 2024. It is helpful for scheduling if you are as specific as possible as to your wants/needs for panels on the registration form. (Key words and phrases like “noir,” “food,” “love to talk about setting,” etc. are very helpful. “I can do anything” is not.) If you are unable or unwilling to accept your panel assignment, please know that replacement panel placement is on a first-come first-served basis, and is dependent upon other author cancellations for a panel that matches your experience.
