Nestled at the foot of Pikes Peak, Cheyenne Mountain Resort is an intimate four-star facility with panoramic views, a private lake, golf course, fitness center, indoor pool, and spa services, along with complete facilities for our conference including a media center, full bar, lounge with fireplace, and outdoor smoking areas. Accommodations are tastefully appointed rooms, some with panoramic mountain views, all with balconies, in eight lodges. Rooms are limited, so book early--this is particularly important if you're arriving before Thursday or staying after Sunday.
Our special convention rate is only $139/night plus $10.00 per room per day, inclusive of wireless internet access in guestrooms and public areas, bell and maid gratuities, 800 and local call access, newspaper, in-room coffee and tea, fitness center access and parking. Transportation
Located in Colorado Springs, Cheyenne Mountain Resort is just a 20-minute drive from the Colorado Springs Airport, offering 120 daily flights from 10 commercial airlines. According to the hotel, the property is approximately an hour's drive from Denver and Denver International Airport. Google maps say 1 hour and 22 minutes. Guests arriving at the Colorado Springs airport may be picked up by the hotel's shuttle service depending on scheduling; other options are listed on the hotel's website.

Accessibility
The Cheyenne Mountain Resorts meets all ADA standards for accessible design. However, because of the design of the resort, accommodations are spread through several buildings--all within easy walking distance of the main lodge. Pathways are mostly covered, and transportation is provided by golf cart for anyone who doesn't care to walk. If you feel you need to be housed in the main building, be sure to register early and request accessible accommodations.
